Is it necessary to register or create an account on www.trendzexhibitions.com for making a purchase?

Yes. You can browse through the website and checkout all the products under different categories without registering but to make a purchase, you have to register and setup an account with all relevant and correct details.

Registering with us will help you to –

  • Maintain and track your order history
  • Raise returns or exchange requests from your account
  • Maintain your personal details like delivery address, payment information for faster checkouts
  • Get details about special offers

Are all the products on www.trendzexhibitions.com genuine / authentic?

All our vendors go through a thorough registration process. Even the products published online on www.trendzexhibitions.com are screened before they are published on the website. Please be aware that we cannot vouch for the authenticity of the products delivered. In case of any concerns, you’re advised to read all the policies published on our website.

How do I determine the right size?

All the products under different categories are presented in the international sizing system. Please check which size fits your body dimensions before placing any order. Any specific instructions will be found in the description of that particular product.

Are the colors of the products displayed on www.trendzexhibitions.com accurate?

We’ve made every effort to represent the colours of our products as accurately as possible on the website, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen will display the same colour correctly / precisely. The rendering of colour differs from the original on certain computer monitors, electronic devices depending on the make, model, etc.

How do I know if an item is in stock or out of stock?

All items are in stock unless and until ‘SOLD OUT’ is exclusively displayed on the product. You will not be able to place order for a sold out product. Please note that even if an item is in your shopping cart, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order by processing the payment. If the product you wanted to buy is out of stock, please email complaints@trendzexhibitions.com for a backorder for that item (you will need to be a registered user).

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa and MasterCard as of now. We’re working on including more payment options shortly.

Is it safe to use my credit card on www.trendzexhibitions.com?

Yes. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and financial information through our systems. All orders are processed through a safely and securely. You may choose to save your credit card details with us safely. Saving your financial information will ensure quicker payments for future purchases on www.trendzexhibitions.com

How do I remove information saved in my account?

There are two ways to remove information :

Can I deliver the products to different addresses?

You can add additional addresses in your account but one order can be delivered to one address only. You can place another order to a different address. For any assistance, please email us at complaints@trendzexhibitions.com

Is a signature required for my order upon delivery?

Yes. Orders delivered to customers will be OTP verified to ensure its delivered to the customer only. In certain cases, depending on the value of the order, we insist on a signature for certain orders as a proof of delivery.

Is it possible to modify my shipping address after my order has been shipped?

No. Once an order is placed, we cannot reroute the delivery. Please ensure you select the correct address before processing the payment.

Is it possible to include add items to an existing order?

No. Once the payment is processed, new items cannot be added to an existing order. You can cancel the order immediately, or before it is dispatched, and place a new order with all the desired items. How and when will I receive order confirmation?

Upon processing the payment, an invoice will be raised and the same will get added to your order history and will also be shared on the email address provided in your account.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive details on your registered email address, submitted at the time of account creation, confirming shipping details and a tracking number. Buyers can check details inside their logins.

Where is my order located?

Our vendors will dispatch orders within 24 – 72 hours. The estimated delivery times serve only as a general reference beginning from the dispatch date. TRENDZ cannot be held responsible for any delays during transit, delivery time, delivery date, your non-availability at the address at the time of delivery, etc.

Are shipping charges additional?

Yes. Shipping charges depend on the weight of the order and the address of delivery. The same will be updated before you process the payment.

Are you shipping outside India?

No. We are delivering only within India as of now.

Is my shipment insured?

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from the vendor to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered (either OTP verified or signature acknowledgement) to the address selected while ordering, they are no longer covered by insurance. If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you refuse the delivery. Please refer to terms of use, Grievance redressal guidelines, Cancellation, Returns and Refund guidelines for more details.

Can I cancel / exchange or / get refund for orders placed during sale / offers?

No. There is no Cancellation / refund / exchange for products which are on sale, once delivered.

Is my personal information kept private?

Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential and at no point will we rent or sell it to anyone. For you to make a purchase on www.trendzexhibitions.com, you need to register and create an account. Details like name, address, email address and mobile number are required to create your account. When processing your order online we require your billing address, shipping address, telephone number, credit card number and expiration date. If necessary, these details may be shared with a credit reference agency to verify your order.
